Child Therapy

Growing up in today’s world can prove challenging. In our work with children and adolescents, we are here to help your child identify their strengths and unearth new perspectives for them to navigate the day to day—from academics to socialization to dynamics in the home. We meet these clients with kindness and empowerment, offering your child and your family the tools and skills they need to make helpful changes in their lives. We also are happy to speak directly with your child’s “team”, whether that be teachers, other providers, or other professionals in their orbit.

Teen Therapy

Teenagers often seek understanding - from themselves and from others. With teen clients, we utilize a combination of modalities to help them with emotional regulation, identity forming and recognition. Through our work together, we will equip your teen with the right tools to move through these years with self-awareness and self-compassion, enabling this clientele with the ability to better trust themselves.

Young Adult Therapy

There is a reason for the term “quarter life crisis!” At Juniper Therapy, we help young adults face the often overwhelming, exciting, and life forming moments of this life stage. From navigating work, dating, relationships, and everything in between, it can be daunting. We are here to help you achieve balance and find peace in your life.

 
 

Family Therapy

Family therapy is deep, profound work that incorporates the entire family unit, rather than just the individual. These sessions aim to assist families in creating optimal patterns for living well. At Juniper Therapy, we seek to understand and validate each individual’s experience within the family unit, to embolden the foundation of the family unit, and to help all family members to collaborate in working towards a collective solution to everyone’s benefit.

Teletherapy

Teletherapy is done entirely remotely, and can be performed via phone or face-to-face through a secure online platform. Teletherapy can allow you to seek therapy anywhere - from a walk outside to the comfort of your own bedroom. This can often make clients feel more comfortable, and we believe that they are just as beneficial as in-person sessions.
